Devil in a Blue Dress:
I did this last year, last minute because I was really out of ideas. I just
got a short blue dress and used an old pitchfork (which you can buy at a
dollar store) we had lying around. I made devil horns out of red Bristol
board, a tail out of an old hanger and red felt, and walked around all night
telling everyone I was a Devil In A Blue Dress. It went over really well!
