Universal CityWalk’s Summer Block Party offers families an entire summer of free entertainment!

This summer features a free outdoor movie series, a free live music series, free Latin entertainment, and street performers of all kinds including BMX trick riders, “stomp” acts, break dancers, fire eaters, jugglers, acrobats, escape artists, contortionists, stilt walkers and much more.

If that’s not enough, Universal CityWalk will include four different themed evenings from Thursday to Sunday to keep the party going and take you straight on through the weekend.

    Thursday’s “Summer Drive-In Series”
    Families and movie fans can enjoy free screenings of their favorite movies throughout the summer on the giant Astrovision screen.

    Friday’s “Total 80’s Bands”
    Let the 80’s take over your Friday night with performances from live bands covering the best hits of the decade hosted by DJ Richard Blade from 98.7 FM.

    Saturdays “Hard Rock Café’s Live Rock Bands”
    Dance the night away as the Hard Rock Cafe presents live rock bands for the entertainment of all CityWalk guests.

    Sunday’s “Fiesta Caliente”
    Enjoy some Latin flavor at the CityWalk stage with performances by some of the most promising Spanish rock bands.
